Yoga has been a part of Maz’s life for about ten years. She qualified as a yoga teacher in September 2013, after completing a 200 hours Ashtanga Vinyasa course with The Yoga People, followed by a 100 hour Yin yoga course in August 2014.
Maz has always been passionate about the many benefits of living a yogic lifestyle, both spiritually and physically. Yoga and meditation has given Maz the space to find peace and stillness and she is passionate about sharing this with others. Maz believes that yoga is for everyone, regardless of age or ability, and is inspired by seeing people achieve things they may have never thought possible.
