This class introduces traditional Elemental Philosophy and Psychology to our stillness practice. It is an invitation to explore the integration of Yin Yoga and its intrinsic Elemental wisdom.
It is arranged in accordance to ‘Functional’ teaching; whereby postures are practiced and sequenced to address specific target areas of the body.
It integrates musculoskeletal anatomy, meridian theory and experiential wisdom relating to the mental, emotional and physical layers of the body.
